Description

The garden walls and gateway located to the south and east of Marle Place date from the late 19th century. The walls are constructed of brick and extend parallel to the road, featuring buttresses for support. The gateway is also made of brick and has a tiled roof, which is gabletted and supported by curved timber braces on brick piers. These structures hold group value with Marle Place.
