Description

The Former Bat and Ball Public House is an 18th-century timber-framed cottage located at 141 London Road in Southborough. The building features a brick ground floor, while the first floor is weather-boarded on the front and sides and tile-hung at the rear. It has a plain tile roof with three pitched roof dormers. The structure is two storeys high with an attic and has a three-window front with casement windows. There is a later ground floor extension that spans the full width of the front, which includes a door on the left side.
