HAWKHURST RYE ROAD TQ 7630-7730 (south side) Highgate 17/425 North Ridge 20.6.67 GV II House pair and surgery. C18. Timber framed and weather-boarded with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic with half-hipped roof and stacks to left and to rear left. Three gabled dormers. Four 3-light wooden casements on first floor, and 4 on ground floor, with 2-light to centre, and single lights to right. Boarded door to right with flat hood on brackets, and to left a gabled porch with sidelight.
