Description
This is an outhouse located about 20 metres northeast of Mill House, dating from the early 19th century. It is timber framed and tile hung on a red brick ground floor, featuring a plain tiled roof and a weather-boarded gable. The structure is one storey high, with a half hip on the left side and a gable on the right. There is a lunette window on the left, a boarded door to the centre left with a rectangular fanlight above it, and a casement window. A lean-to outshot is present on the left side. This outhouse was built as an addition to the now-demolished mill constructed around 1819, and it is included for its group value with the Mill House.
