Description
The building is an outhouse, originally a cartshed, located 40 meters to the northeast of The Tile House. It dates from the late 18th century and features a timber frame that is dark weatherboarded with a hipped slate roof. The structure has a large, open front with three bays, facing south at the end of the garden of the former Elm Tree Farm. It is constructed with pegged joints and jowled posts. This outhouse is included in the listing for its group value with the adjacent house.
