Description
The barn, shelter shed, and stable of the Two Brewers Inn, located on the roadside northwest of the inn, date from the 19th century. The barn is timber framed and sits on a red brick sill, with dark weatherboarding. The stable and the rear wall of the shelter shed facing the road are constructed of coursed flint with red brick dressings. All structures feature steep old red tile roofs. The barn has three bays and faces north, with an east gable on the roadside and a gabled projecting porch in the middle of the north side that has double doors. The low open-fronted shelter shed faces west and includes a front canopy, with its rear wall backing onto the road. At the south end of the shelter shed is a 1½ storeys stable that also faces west and backs onto the road. The stable has a central door on the west side, flanked by small windows. The south gable features dark weatherboarding over a former loft doorway, which now has a sash window with 4/4 panes.
