Description

White’s Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century or earlier, which was re-clad in the 18th century. The house has a timber frame and was originally weather-boarded. The ground floor is now clad in red and blue chequered brick, with ornamental tile hanging to the right return. The roof is tiled. The house is two storeys high with a garret, and has a half-hipped roof with a moulded stack cluster in the centre right. There are four wooden casement windows with leaded lights on the first floor, with five lights in the centre left, and otherwise two, one, and three lights. The ground floor has four casement windows with one, two, and three lights respectively. A boarded door is located at the end on the right. A catslide extension projects from the rear.
