Cottage, originally East Lodge to Clare House Park. Circa 1800. Coursed dressed rubble stone with dressed stone dressings. Low pitched pyramidal slate roof with tall central stone stack. 1 storey; 2 window front, pointed arch glazing bar sashes with 'Gothick'-headed glazing. Central pointed arched entrance with boarded door.
