Description

No. 108 on New Road is a cottage that was originally the East Lodge to Clare House Park, built around 1800. It is constructed from coursed dressed rubble stone with dressed stone details. The cottage features a low-pitched pyramidal slate roof topped with a tall central stone chimney. It has one storey and a two-window front, with pointed arch glazing bar sash windows that have 'Gothick'-headed glazing. The central entrance is also pointed arched and includes a boarded door.
