Description
Cobb's Hall is a farmhouse dating from the early 17th century. It is constructed with a timber frame and features red brick infilling, along with red and blue brick on the ground floor to the right side, topped with tile-hanging above. The roof is plain and tiled, with a half-hipped design and a tall red brick chimney positioned off-centre to the right. The building has a baffle entry plan and stands two storeys high with garrets. The front has an almost regular arrangement of four windows, which are modern 20th-century diamond lattice casements. To the left of the right-hand window, there is a boarded door, and another boarded door is located at the right-hand end. There are also 20th-century extensions at the rear.
