Description

This is a cottage incorporating part of a 16th-century hall house. It is constructed with exposed timber framing and painted brick infilling. The roof is tiled, hipped on the left, and includes a stack with a projecting breast on the right. The cottage has two storeys, with an irregular arrangement of windows, one on the first floor and two on the ground floor. There is an entrance on the left-hand side. It is attached to later buildings on the south and east sides, which are not included in the listing.
