Description

These gates, located about 5 metres east of The Gate House, date from the early 19th century and are made of wrought iron. They feature open work piers that are topped with heraldic lions in a rampant position. The central gate consists of two tiers of rails adorned with fleur-de-lys heads. The rails on both sides of the gate are of a similar design and are finished at approximately 10 feet high with coped piers. This gateway provides access to Lees Court.
