Description
The Malthouse and Oasthouse at Perry Court Farm is a notable building from 1904. It features a combination of two square oast houses at the east end, one at the west end, and a three-storey malthouse or granary in the middle. The structure is built of red brick and has a slate roof. The central section has three storeys and four windows, with casement windows that have cambered head linings. On the ground floor of the north side, there are double doors with cambered head linings, while on the south side, there are double doors on each floor, with a gabled hood over the second floor supported by brackets. The oast houses at either end have pyramidal slate roofs, which are truncated at the top to accommodate the cowls.
