Description

This is a 16th-century barn located 20 yards southwest of Gibben's Farm Bungalow. It features a timber frame set on a red brick plinth and is clad with weatherboard and asbestos. The barn has a hipped roof with a flat-roofed mid-stray and includes two wood casement windows on the left side. Inside, the barn consists of 5½ bays with aisles. Notable interior features include passing shores to the arcade posts, heavy arch-braced tie beams, solid spandrels to collar beams, clasped purlins with diminished principals, and wind bracing.
