Description

This is a 16th-century barn located about 40 metres south of Goss Hall. It is constructed with a timber frame and weatherboarding, topped with an asbestos-tiled roof. The roof is hipped with a gabled mid-stray. Inside, the barn features five bays with aisles, passing shores to the arcade posts, and doubled bracing to the tie beams. The roof has clasped purlins with wind braces, some of which have been renewed.
