Description

Great Weddington is a house built in the early 19th century. It features yellow brick construction and a slate roof. The building has two storeys with a hipped roof and chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, with four glazing bar sashes on the first floor and two tripartite glazing bar sashes with gauged heads on the ground floor. The central entrance door has six panels and is approached by a flight of four steps. Above the door, there is a traceried rectangular fanlight, and the entrance is framed by a porch supported by Doric columns.
