Description

Griffin Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick and features a plain tiled roof with a variety of colors. The building has two storeys and an attic, with the roof hipped to the right. There are two hipped dormers and chimney stacks located at the left end and the rear right. The front has a regular arrangement of windows, with three glazing bar sash windows on the first floor and two tripartite glazing bar sash windows with segmental heads on the ground floor. The central entrance is a half-glazed door, which is framed by pilasters and topped with a flat hood supported by consoles.
