Description
East Street Farmhouse is a house from the 17th century that was extended and altered in the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted brick in English bond on the right side and has an asbestos tiled roof. The building has two storeys set on a plinth, with a pilaster strip on the right. The roof rises towards the left, where the left portion of the building slightly projects. There is a large moulded and offset chimney stack at the right end. On the first floor, there are two wooden casement windows and one mullioned and transomed window to the right, while the ground floor features two wooden casements. The central entrance has a boarded door located in a Dutch gabled porch. To the left, there is an outshot, and at the rear, there is a large hipped wing.
