Description

Flint House and Flint House Cottage, also known as No 21, is a mid 19th-century house that has been converted into a pair of houses. The building is constructed of flint with yellow brick detailing and has a slate roof. It stands two storeys high on a plinth and features a hipped roof with four stacks located at the rear. The front façade has a regular arrangement of windows, with five glazing bar sashes on the first floor and four on the ground floor, all framed with quoined and keyed surrounds. The central entrance door consists of six panels and is topped by a rectangular fanlight, all set within a large Ionic porch that has a parapet. There is also an inserted 20th-century door on the left side of the building.
