Description

Ellens Place consists of a 16th-century house, now divided into two cottages. The building is timber-framed and has a ground floor clad in painted brick and a first floor in weatherboard, topped with a plain tiled roof. The right return front features two storeys on a plinth, with a hipped roof and stacks positioned to the left and right sides. There are three wood casement windows on the first floor, two on the ground floor and a boarded door in the centre. A flat hood is above the door.
