Description

The Bull Public House is a timber-framed building dating from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. It is faced with painted brick and has tile hanging to the rear, with plain tiled roofs. The building has four gables featuring moulded barge boards, and a stack to the rear. A brick addition, dating from the 18th century, forms the right-hand gable. The first floor has six glazing bar sash windows. The ground floor windows are irregular and date from the early 19th century, incorporating plate glass and sash windows. A boarded door is situated to the right of a blocked coach opening, and a half-glazed door with sidelight is on the left. The left door has a cornice and pediment supported by brackets above it.
