Description
Green Edge is a house dating from the late 17th century, with an extension added in the mid-20th century. It features painted brickwork and a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and boxed eaves beneath a hipped roof, with a stack located on the left side. To the left, there is a projecting two-storey wing from the 20th century, which has a hipped roof and a bay window with wooden casements. The main range includes three leaded wooden casements on the first floor and two on the ground floor, both with segmental heads. The central entrance is a half-glazed door framed by a moulded wooden surround and topped with a moulded flat hood. Inside, there is a brick inglenook fireplace that is dated 167- (the last figure is illegible).
