Description
This barn, located about 30 metres south of Norham House, dates from the 18th century or earlier. It is constructed with a timber frame and is weatherboarded, topped with a plain tiled roof. The roof is half-hipped, featuring a hipped midstrey to the right, and has half-doors at the centre and right. There are double cart doors located to the left and centre of the barn. The interior is obscured by internal divisions and floors but is aisled with quadrant braces. The barn is a long structure with an unknown number of bays and is noted for its group value with Norham House.
