Description
No 12 on Preston Street is a building dating from the 18th to early 19th century. It has three storeys and features one window bay. The roof is gabled and tiled. The front is painted with mathematical tiles, and there are square windows in frames, although the glazing bars are missing. The ground floor has a 20th-century plate glass shop front and a modern fascia. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 7 to 19A, which are consecutive.
