Description

No. 3 Skinner Street is a late 18th-century brick building with a pantile roof. It features two windows with flush frames and stone flat arches, and there are no glazing bars. The building stands three storeys tall and has a decorative band. A large canted 19th-century bay window is present, along with a large shop front that dates from the 19th century and modern times. This building is included for its group value with the Whitby and District Social Club and Nos 1 to 13 Skinner Street, which form a cohesive architectural group.
