This is an 18th-century building located on Skinner Street. It is rendered and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is three storeys high with an attic level, featuring two gabled dormers. It has a plinth and three windows on each floor, with double-hung sash windows. The windows lack glazing bars and have molded architraves; a band serves as the cills for all the windows.
