Description
Ivy Cottage is a 2-storey, 2-window cottage located on Watery Lane in Kemsing, dating from 1759, as indicated by a plaque. The cottage features a half-hipped tiled roof on the left and a projecting chimney at the right end. It is constructed of rubble masonry with brick dressings. The windows are square paned casements, with those on the ground floor set beneath segmental brick arches. The central door is positioned under a flat hood. There is a modern lean-to addition on the left side of the building.
