Description

This is a 17th-century threshing barn located to the south-west of Oveny Green Farmhouse. It features weatherboarding and a tiled roof that slopes low over the aisles on both sides. The barn has a hipped gabled porch that interrupts the eaves and consists of five bays. The roof truss includes a tie beam that is braced in both directions, with struts supporting the principal above the purlin level. The structure shows signs of decay. The barn, along with Oveny Green Farmhouse and the stable, forms a group.
