Description

Whitewood Cottages (No 4), The Nook (No 5), and Harvey Elend and Co (No 6) is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has been refaced in brick, which is now painted. The building features an old tiled roof with a hip on one side and a 17th century brick chimneystack. There are four sash windows in total, dating from the 18th century, with some from the mid-19th century. Nos 4 and 5 have simple doorcases with flat hoods and brackets, while No 6 has a mid-19th century gable and a modern shopfront.
