Description

Whitewood Cottages, located on the south-east side of Eynsford High Street, is a timber-framed building that was refaced in the 18th century. It stands two storeys high and is finished in stucco with a tiled roof. The second cottage, No 2, features an external brick chimneystack, while No 1 has a later casement window, and No 2 has a sash window. Both cottages have simple doorcases topped with flat weather hoods supported by brackets. Additionally, No 1 includes a later pentice extension, and there is a weatherboarded range at the rear.
