Description

Brookside is a 16th century or earlier timber-framed building located on Hartfield Road in Edenbridge. It has two storeys and features three irregularly placed windows. The building is topped with a high-pitched thatched roof that includes a central brick chimney stack. The first floor is plastered, while the ground floor is made of painted brick. Visible timber framing can be seen at the back and side of the structure. The windows are of the lattice type, and there is a plank door set in a stout frame within a projecting porch.
