  1. 2nd quarter of C19 2-storey, 3-window villa. Moderately low pitched hipped slated roof with eaves soffit. Galleted squared rubble with sandy brick dressings. 1st floor sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor long casements with margin lights. Door of 6 flat panels with reeded head and rectangular fanlight. Reeded pilasters support leaded cornice hood. 1st floor tile hung on returns. Gothic window with Y-tracery in left return.
