Description

Woodlands is a two-storey villa built around 1850, constructed from stone rubble. It features quoin pilasters and a low, pedimental gable end with a slate roof that has flat eaves supported by long brackets. The windows are glazing bar sashes set in flat surrounds, with tripartite sashes on the garden front. There is a lower two-storey west wing with two windows, also covered by a slate roof with similarly bracketed eaves. The villa is prominently situated on a hillside.
