Description
Nos 14 and 16 Zig Zag Road is a residence built around 1860-1870. The building is two storeys tall and constructed from stone rubble, topped with a gable end scalloped slate roof. On the right side, there is a gabled section with bargeboarding and a finial, which features a two-storey canted stone bay. To the left, there is a smaller gable above a first-floor casement window. A glazed-in verandah with three French windows is located to the left of the gabled break. On the right side, there is a large conservatory with a gabled roof supported by columns. The overall design is picturesque.
