Description

Millions is a building likely dating from the 16th century, originally timber framed but later refaced. It features a very high pitched tiled roof with a compound ridge stack at the left end. The first floor is rendered, while the ground floor is painted brick. The left side reveals a large stone masonry chimney base, some timber framing, and later brick and weatherboarding. The first floor has 18th century iron casement windows. The ground floor includes small modern shop fronts with glazing bars, one of which is bowed, flanking a half-glazed 19th century panelled door set in a moulded wood frame, all beneath a continuous fascia. At the rear, there is an 18th century span with a hipped tiled roof.
