Description

Forest Cottage is probably a 16th century timber-framed house with a later facade. It has two storeys and three windows. The high-pitched tiled roof is half hipped on the left side and features a ridge stack. The first floor is tile hung, while the ground floor is made of red brick with a pattern of blue headers. The windows are mostly modern casements with leaded glass, along with one old leaded iron casement. The entrance has a plain boarded door, and the roof slopes low at the back.
