5/77 Ha-ha in grounds of Vinters circa 120 yards north of Grove Lodge

Ha-ha. C18. Coursed, squarely cut, nearly ashlared blocks of stone with some moulded coping. Forms west side of south-east entrance drive without ditch, about 120 yards north of West Lodge. For first 3 yards stands to height of about 2 feet, reaching 5 feet, thereafter. Curves to south-west and then west for total distance of about 26 yards, without ditch. Terminates in former south gateway, up to which it is ramped. Part of Ha-ha which once encircled Vinters. See also Serial Nos. 5/73-76 consec and 5/78-79
