Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of six houses, numbered 6 to 10 Knightrider Street. The buildings are three storeys tall with a basement and are cement rendered, except for number 8 which is stuccoed. They have hipped roofs covered in old tiles. Each house has one sash window. Only number 10 retains its glazing bars. Numbers 6 and 8 have doorcases featuring cornices supported on brackets and rectangular fanlights. Number 10 has a later shopfront. The terrace forms a group with number 4A and 70 Lower Stone Street.
