Description

This is a headstone located one yard east of the south porch of the Church of St. Martin of Tours in Detling. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of stone. The headstone features a design with two semi-circles; one contains a cherub's head and the other displays a skull and cross-bones. It is inscribed in memory of Elizabeth Parker, who died in 1768.
