Description
This is a house, now divided into two separate dwellings named Tudor Cottage and Wren's Nest. It likely dates from the 18th century or earlier. The house is timber framed, with the ground floor built of red brick and the first floor covered in tiles. It has a plain tile roof. The main range is accompanied by a cross-wing that projects slightly to the right. The house is two storeys high, with a hipped roof on the main range and a half-hipped roof on the cross-wing. The windows are irregular, featuring four casements. A ribbed door leads to Tudor Cottage within a lean-to extension to the rear of the right side of the cross-wing. Boarded doors provide access to Wren's Nest, one facing the centre and another at the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
