Description

This is a mid-19th century building on Peacock Street. It is two storeys high with a basement, constructed from brown stock brick. The building features a parapet with a moulded eaves cornice and a stringcourse. It has three original sash windows with intact glazing bars. The ground floor is distinguished by round-headed windows. A Tuscan portico provides access. Nos. 15 to 20, Peacock Street, form a group with No. 8 Saddington Street, and Nos. 15 to 19 and No. 8 Saddington Street are designated as buildings of local interest.
