Description

This is a headstone located about 7 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St Mary in Stowting. It dates from the mid-18th century and is made of small stone with a shaped head. The headstone is carved with a skull and crossed scythes, commemorating Susanna Godfrey, who died in 1730.
