Description
This is a row of 12 to 16 Church Street, Folkestone, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It's a three-storey building with a basement, constructed of red brick, with number 16 having a painted facade. The windows are sash windows; the upper-floor windows retain their original glazing bars, while the ground-floor windows have vertical glazing bars. The shopfronts were altered in the late 19th century. Numbers 12 to 28, alongside the cobbles in front of numbers 22 and 24, form a group.
