Description

This house, located about 30 metres west of Gate Cottage (Park Farm), dates back to 1709. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof and features one storey and an attic set on a plinth with a plat band. The roof is half-hipped and includes two gabled dormers, along with a central stack on the left side. On the ground floor, there are two wooden casements and a central boarded door, all of which have segmental heads. Above the door, there is a date stone inscribed with "T W A 1704."
