Description

This is a house, originally built in 1707 and now divided into two separate units. It was altered in the 20th century. The house is constructed of red brick with a hipped tile roof and a brick stack located to the right of the centre. It is two storeys and an attic, with a five-window front. A raised band is present at first floor level, above which is a nine-course brick inscription reading "1707" made from blue brick. Two small hipped dormers are positioned above 20th-century casement windows. Three of the dormers on the right are deeper, partially obscuring the date inscription. Four windows are above the ground floor, with two on the right having segmental heads. There are two 20th-century lean-to porches, one in the centre and one at the right end, both with glazed doors.
