Description

Coombe Lane Cottage is a house dated 1723, constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. It has one storey and an attic, set on a plinth, featuring moulded wooden eaves and shaped gables. The cottage includes two gabled semi-dormers and chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The front has two segmentally headed wooden casements and a large central glazed area, with a glazed door located in a 20th-century extension to the right. A central lozenge-shaped date stone displays the cypher C/A and the date 1723. At the rear, there is a catslide outshot.
