Description

This is a late 18th-century house and shop. It is constructed of painted brick with a rendered base and a plain tiled roof. A dogtooth cornice sits below the stacks at both the left and right ends of the roof. The first floor has three sash windows. The ground floor is largely occupied by a shop front, with one segmental-headed sash window to the left. To the left of the shop front is a panelled door with a rectangular fanlight, and to the right a glazed central door, both with pilaster surrounds and beneath a modillion eaves cornice. Two shallow, multi-paned bow windows flank the entrance.
