Description

Number 5 (Zephyrine) and Number 6 are a pair of cottages from the 18th century. They are built of red brick with a plain tiled roof and stand two storeys high on a flint plinth. The upper storey features very irregular bonding. There is a brick dentil eaves cornice at the roofline, and the stacks are located at the rear. Each cottage has three glazing bar sash windows on both floors, with the ground floor windows having segmental heads. The doors, located to the left and right, consist of six raised and fielded panels and also have segmental heads. There is a basement opening in the centre.
