Nos 1 and 3 Market Street are Grade II listed buildings located on the west side of Market Street. The property is jointly occupied with No 4 Delf Street. No 3 features a mid-19th century shop front on the ground floor, which has one glazing bar in each window, along with four pilasters that have moulded caps and plinths, and a moulded cornice. The first floor has one window, but the glazing bars are missing. Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Market Street, along with Nos 4 to 10 (even) Delf Street, form a group.
