Description

4 and 6 King Street comprise an 18th-century front applied to a timber-framed house of earlier 17th-century origin. The building is two storeys high with a three-window facade. The frontages are plastered, and the upper floor contains sash windows; glazing bars remain intact in number 6, but number 4 has a modern metal window on the first floor. Modern shop windows are present at ground floor level.
