Description

This is an early 19th century building on the west side of High Street. It is a three-storey, three-window structure built of yellow brick with red brick relieving arches, topped by a parapet. The ground floor windows have lost their glazing bars. The doorway features pilasters and a projecting cornice above it, with a rectangular fanlight containing semi-circular leaded panes. The doorway is flanked by a six-panel fielded door. The building is grouped for group value with numbers 8 and 10 with numbers 3 to 15A (odd), Three Kings Yard (numbers 1 to 5 consecutive), the Pump and Railings, Chapel Remains, and numbers 19 to 23 (odd) Strand Street.
